3. Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at maxxim88. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances frozen.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information. The information requested includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. maxxim88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time as part of the account verification process.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is an important security measure that protects both you and the platform from fraudulent activity. You may be asked to submit a copy of your ID, bank statement, or other documents to verify your identity and payment method. Withdrawals exceeding certain limits will require completed KYC verification before being processed.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits are credited to your account automatically upon successful payment confirmation. maxxim88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on the chosen payment method and your VIP membership level.

The maxxim88 platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, account balances, bonuses, and withdrawals will be displayed and processed in MYR.

You declare that all funds deposited into your Maxxim88 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. Maxxim88 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Fund Withdrawal

Maxxim88 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes on business days, making it one of the fastest withdrawal processing platforms in Malaysia.

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification.
• Any active bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (anti-money laundering policy).
• Minimum and maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits depend on your VIP membership tier.

In certain cases, Maxxim88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing by up to 3 business days for security review, additional KYC verification, or investigation of unusual activity. You will be notified via email or live chat if your withdrawal requires further review.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by maxxim88 are subject to wagering requirements set specifically for each bonus type. These requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds or wins derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members who have just registered and made their first deposit. Wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: Available to existing members on subsequent deposits. Wagering requirements are stated in the respective promotion terms.
• Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on net losses for that week. Cashback is credited every Monday and must be used within 7 days.

Maxxim88 has zero tolerance for any attempt to abuse the bonus system. Activities such as bonus hunting, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage from promotions will result in account suspension and cancellation of all bonuses.

7. Game Rules & User Conduct

All games on maxxim88 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international bodies, ensuring every game outcome is truly random and fair. You agree to play fairly and not to use any method that could compromise the integrity of the games.

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party programs during gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the maxxim88 platform to the public.
• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward support staff or other players.

All game outcomes recorded by the maxxim88 system are final and binding. In the event of a technical dispute, maxxim88 will investigate based on server records and the management's decision shall be final.

8. Inactive Accounts

A Maxxim88 account is considered inactive if there is no login or transaction activity within 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts are subject to the following policy:

• A monthly maintenance fee of RM 5.00 will be charged to account balances that have been inactive for a period of 12 months.
• If an account balance has been depleted due to maintenance fees, the account will be automatically closed.
• Maxxim88 will attempt to contact you via your registered email before applying any fees.
• You can reactivate your account at any time simply by logging in to the platform.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Maxxim88 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons (not due to a violation), any remaining cash balance after the investigation is completed will be returned to you via the original payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability

The maxxim88 platform is provided "as-is". While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or unexpected downtime.

Maxxim88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including losses from gaming activity, technical disruptions, or your personal decisions in using the platform.
